Owner / CEO
Carpenter + Craftsman
With over 20 years of experience as a skilled carpenter, Trevor has built a career on creating beautiful, functional spaces that feel like home. Growing up in Hawaii, his love for the ocean and surfing shaped his approach to design—blending natural beauty with meticulous craftsmanship. Whether tackling a custom renovation or a smaller project, he brings creativity, precision, and care to every job. His goal is simple: to help homeowners transform their spaces into something truly special, one detail at a time.
Kari
Project Manager / CFO
With a strong background in Executive Operations and Project Management, Kari manages the business behind the builds at Coastal Craftsman — from project coordination and client communication to finances, marketing, social media, and day-to-day operations. She helps keep projects organized, expectations clear, and everything running smoothly.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and sharing their love of the ocean.
Adrian
Consultant / Contractor
Adrian is a seasoned builder and consultant with years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the building process. As a licensed General Contractor, he offers expert guidance and dependable project execution from start to finish. Adrian combines practical knowledge with strategic planning to deliver high-quality results every time.

Daughter / CMO
Meet Catalina, our youngest (and most enthusiastic) team member. Middle schooler by day, Chief Marketing Officer by night. Whether she’s going door to door, chatting up potential clients at her dance studio, or creating content for our social media pages, Catalina always spreads the word about our work with a big smile and zero fear. We like to say she’s the heart of our marketing team!​
